1. Definitions

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

3. Use of the Service

4. Payment & Subscription

Use of Azadel CRM may require a subscription or one-time payment.

All payments are processed securely via approved payment gateways (e.g. ToyyibPay, Billplz).

Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of your access.
5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and features of Azadel CRM are the property of Azadel Ventures Sdn Bhd.

You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written consent.
6. Customer Data

You retain ownership of the data you upload into the CRM.

We do not claim ownership but may access your data solely for system maintenance, support, or legal compliance.

You are responsible for the legality of any data you input into the system.
7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may perform maintenance or updates that may result in temporary downtime.

We are not liable for loss of income, data, or business opportunities due to outages.
8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you breach these terms or misuse the platform.

Upon termination, your access will be revoked and data may be deleted after a retention period.
9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
