Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Azadel CRM. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Definitions

  • “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Azadel Ventures Sdn Bhd, the operator of Azadel CRM.

  • “You”, “User” refers to the individual or entity registering and using the platform.

  • “Service” refers to all tools, features, and services offered through Azadel CRM.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

  • You agree not to share your account access with others.

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to use the platform.

3. Use of the Service

  • Azadel CRM is provided for lawful business purposes only.

  • You may not use the system to send spam, scam users, collect illegal data, or perform unauthorized automation.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or harm our infrastructure.

4. Payment & Subscription

  • Use of Azadel CRM may require a subscription or one-time payment.

  • All payments are processed securely via approved payment gateways (e.g. ToyyibPay, Billplz).

  • Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

  • Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of your access.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, and features of Azadel CRM are the property of Azadel Ventures Sdn Bhd.

  • You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written consent.

6. Customer Data

  • You retain ownership of the data you upload into the CRM.

  • We do not claim ownership but may access your data solely for system maintenance, support, or legal compliance.

  • You are responsible for the legality of any data you input into the system.

7. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

  • We may perform maintenance or updates that may result in temporary downtime.

  • We are not liable for loss of income, data, or business opportunities due to outages.

8. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you breach these terms or misuse the platform.

  • Upon termination, your access will be revoked and data may be deleted after a retention period.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

  • You use Azadel CRM at your own risk and agree that the service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

  • Significant changes will be communicated via email or system notice.

  • Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.
